At Rising Brand Legal we prefer up front, predictable pricing. We offer flat fee services whenever possible, and clear hourly rates when needed.

We provide Trademark and Copyright services for clients anywhere in the US.

For all other legal services we are licensed in the States of Arizona & Texas

Legalfied Business: The Ultimate Business and Brand Protection Package $5000

This package (valued at over $5900) includes:

  • One Trademark filing in one class ($250 - $350 filing fee for additional classes)

  • 2 Contracts Customized for your Business

  • LLC/Corporate Filing or Review (if already filed) with documentation and company book update to optimize your legal protections

  • 2 Hours legal consult time (use as you like)

Legalfied Business Jr.: Not So Basic Business and Brand Protection Package $3000

This package (valued at over $3400) includes:

  • 2 Contracts Customized for your Business

  • LLC/Corporate Filing or Review (if already filed) with documentation and company book update to optimize your legal protections

  • 2 Hours legal consult time (use as you like)

Trademark: starting at $2,500 per mark all inclusive flat fee*

*All inclusive flat fee is per mark per class, and includes a comprehensive search report and review, attorney’s opinion letter based on the report, drafting your application, the trademark office filing fee for 1 (one) class, and response to any issues presented by the trademark office. This doesn’t include responding to oppositions, cancellations, or litigation from other parties.

LLC Formation and Book: $1,200 & includes:

  • Filing LLC creation documents with the state & paying state filing fees. (Texas LLCs will have an additional $215 charge for state filing fees)

  • Organizational Meeting Minutes, Operating Agreement, Annual & Special Meeting Minutes Template, Resolution Template.

  • Keep it Legal™ checklist to maintain the liability protections of your LLC.

Custom Contracts: $795 per contract

Most business and real estate contracts will fall under this flat fee price. Examples of typical contracts we draft for our clients under this flat fee pricing include:

  • Coaching Contracts (Group & 1:1)

  • Service Based Business Contracts

  • Special Event Participation Agreements with Waivers

  • 1099 Agreements & Employment Contracts

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements

  • Real Estate Leases & Purchase Contracts

Not all contracts are eligible for this flat fee price. Contracts which require significant negotiations and back and forth drafting with client or opposite party will be at our hourly rate of $350/ hr

Business Representation & Real Estate: starting at $350/ hr

We don’t cram you in a box if your legal matter doesn’t fit in one. On occasion you need more than a flat fee legal product can give. For those clients, we offer hourly rate representation. With this, we are still transparent in fee structure and estimated costs for each phase of representation.


Estate Planning: (Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts…): Starting at $3500 for Estate Planning Package

This package includes:

  • Trust

  • One Deed of Real Property Into the Trust

  • Will

  • Power of Attorney for: medial, mental health, and durable

  • Optional: medical directive
